Sir presently Iam using SARTEL-40 mg regularly since nearly one year .frequently I am checking my BPis normal. Now my request is as my BPis normal now shall I reduce dosage from 40 Mg to 20 Mg.

Your bp is in control because of the medication only...You should not stop the medication.Dose reduction only after checking and advise of a local physician
