She is covid positive since 3 may 2021 ( vividh symptoms since 28 April) HRCT score 16/25 ( on 3 May 2021) Medication since 5 may 2021 Given Medrol 16 mg BD for 5 days then 8 mg BD ÷ ceftum 250 + Forcan for 7 days÷ aspirin ÷ multivitamin and febuxtat 40 Was feeling better till 12 May 2021.. down again since 12 May 2021.. CRP - 6 (11 May 2021) D dimer - > 10000  (11 May 2021) Feeling uneasiness.. Lack of hunger and vomitting sometimes Heaviness in stomach Vitals are ok.. O2 level 95-97 No temp Bp ok Sugar regulated with insulin Request for advise on uneasiness and digestion How to regulate insulin due to steroid Any change in medication in view of very high d dimer Any other suggestions..
