is it cancerous? Or will it turn in to cancer ? I have pain in that area... excision is the only option ? What will be the recovery time

Its probbaly hyadenitis suppurativa.. consult a plastic surgeon or atleast a general surgeon. This is not canceror will not turn malignant in the future either ... medicines can be tried now..but if problem persists than might need surgery and flap cover
