Reports of irregular bleeding. Problem?

Ultrasound urinary bladder is seen normal uterus size is normal shape echotexture measure 8.81cm×4.39 cm×3.25 cm endometrium 10.2 mm cervix is normal no fluid collection is seen in the POD Ovaries right ovaries 2.43×1.29 cm Left ovaries 2.37cm×1.13cm No solid or cystic lesion dseen in either adenexa b/l ovaries normal Impression multiple nabothian cyst seen cyst approx measure(5.0mm ×2.4mm)is seen TSH/ 3.24 Sugar/ glucose ac pl(f) 96 mg/dl H.b/ 10 gm/do Prolactin 25.18 Facing irregular bleeding peroid is coming on time my cycle are regular 24 to 26 days from 2 months the bleeding was very light &low on first day of period  then 2nd day of period comes like normal may be it's due to cause of stress management wat happen is there is any serious problem?
