Hi there...the reports which you have attached here are only complete blood count and thyroid function tests. Thyroid function test is normal. Slight raise in rbc count is okay. Raised eosinophils indicate allergy. Where are the vitamin d and folic acid reports. And what type of skin rashes are you suffering from? Since when is the throat infection there? Any sputum discharge? All these will require detailed clinical examination. So kindly consult a dermatologist and ENT specialist for further evaluation.
