As per the echo report there are age related changes in your aortic valve
This requires at least yearly once echo to look for progression of disease in your aortic valve
Increase calcium in the aortic valve causes it to become narrow and this in turn decrease blood coming out of the heart
We have to do echo yearly to see that the valve doesn't become critically narrow
As of now there is nothing to worry about.
