Report says a intracardiac echogenic focus in the left ventrical of foetal heart......is this a matter of worried?????

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Intracardiac echogenic spot is a normal finding in about 1-3 percent of pregnancies. It usually is some calcium deposit which disappear as pregnancy progresses. Usually its nothing to be worried about.  Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain.  Bangalore
