Hi, I am attaching my mother reports for ecg and 2d echo taken few months back. She said she had pain in middle of chest. It is there is so many years. With back pain also. This is 2nd time we went for test. Kindly review reports and tell if any problem in heart or something.

There is a high heart rate. Otherwise Echo is normal. We need to understand the reason for tachycardia (High heart rate).
