I have had a replating surgery done on the 15th of February since my previous surgery resulted in a non union. But due to limited daily activity I am constantly gaining weight. Is there any way I can lose weight and the kind of exercises or physical activities I can persie to lose weight. Can I start swimming or skipping, for example.

You can do activities like walking to start with. For any activity involving the upper limbs, you need to see the Surgeon who operated on you, as the amount of union determines how much and what activity you can do.
