Balaboposthitis is common if blood sugar is not under control
Get pp sugar and hba1c done to know the glycemic control
Balaboposthitis responds well to antifungal(and antibiotics if needed) if sugar is controlled.
In case if balaboposthitis do not respond to medical treatment, circumcision can be considered.
