Repeat fever at same time since 2days
My son is feeling feverish since 2 days at the same time I am administering paracetamol for him is there any alternative shall I perform any test for him

Show to your doctor to confirm whether it viral or bacterial and if any blood investigation are required or not. In the mean time increase water and fluids intake.
Also do sponging of whole body during fever
