Reoccurring stomach stabbing/cramp pain

Asked for Female, 19 Years

For the past few years I randomly get this stabbing/cramping pain in my upper abdomen which gradually gets worse to unbearable. I had it yesterday whilst at work and it was really bad and I want it sorted. After a few hours of the pain getting worse I sat down and it went even though I was almost crying from the pain
