I am 23 year old healthy oerson works out 1-1.5 hours a day can i eat 2 mangoes in a day once in a while. Usually in this season i eat 1 or 1/2 mango. But rarely i eat 2. Will eating fruits increase my sugar. My parents tell ne not to think so much as they used to eat fruits and did't think much and are healthy

Don't worry.  Even if you eat more mangoes then mentioned but still you are exercising good enough.  You will not get any sugar. Take care.

You can eat , If you're thinking of Diabetes, then this isn't suffice even in a long term to get that.

If u are diabetic  or over weight  then u should anvoid  else u can eat as many as u want. (As  it is has  high calorie  index .)
