What is the accuracy n reliability of serum beta hcg test??? is it possible it can give wrong results and in how many days?? ???

Reliability is 100%.If this test is negative means no pregnancy.Immediately after overdue even you can do on 25 th day of period it will show some value.If value is less than 2 means negative .So according to weeks you can find out easily.
