Related to TORCH and Pregnancy

Asked for Female, 28 Years

My Rubella igg is more than 350 and Rubella igm is 10 (non reactive). Cytomegalo igg 113, cytomegalo igm 5(non reactive). herpes igg 0.50(non reactive) herpes igm is 1.4 (Reactive), i have genital herpes rt now. My question is does it affect to fetus? Any chance for congenital disability?
