Massage the gum 3-4 times. Give teeters to child so that he bites it . Grapes water and homeopathic medicines will not help.

Massage his front and centre upper and lower gums with wet gauge or cleam fingers gently. As teeth are likely to be erupting at lower centre front region first. After each and every feed, with cleaned finger/wet clean soft cotton cloth with previously boiled drinking water (of Luke warm temperature) gently massage all the surfaces of mouth to keep it cleaned and maintain healthy oral hygiene.

Hello, the grapes water will not necessarily give your child any relief from his teething problems. There is no scientific data that supports this. However you can do some things that can provide him some relief. - You can take a good quality teether and put it in the fridge/freezer so that it becomes a little cold. If you give this to your child, the cold sensation will provide some relief to him. When doing this please be careful and use your discretion regarding how often you give it to him because we don't want him to catch a cold. - You can also try to massage your baby's gums with a clean finger or a wet gauze.
