Asked for Female, 23 Years

I am worried about getting pregnant as I have my periods delayed. I consulted a doctor. Although the tests result are negative still my doctor said that it might be a late pregnancy and prescribed me a medicine named vitagreat. Can u tell me what the medicine actually do?
