Hi, Let me tell you there is a difference between what you do with your hand and what you do in reality. Hence comparing the same won’t be appropriate. Masturbation may give you temporary satisfaction but may impact your future sexual life. Ideally frequency of having sex should be twice a week. However if this reduces subsequently then it is a cause to worry.
