Yes there are few steps to follow and you don't have to be anxious. Please don't sanitize your nostrils. Steam inhalation is fine.

Do not put sanitizer in your nose. It will be extremely painful. Once exposed, there is no way to anticipate whether you will contract Covid or not, neither is there a way to assure that you will not get infected. Take steam inhalation twice a day. Prophylactic medications may be started on prescription but is not recommended. Keep calm. There is no point fretting over what you cannot control. Wear a mask at all times, even at home. Please feel free to contact me for any more queries. Take care

Hello!! Please do not sanitize nostrils. Wear masks and isolate yourself. You can take steam inhalation and vitamin supplements if you're very anxious. But I can only give you a prescription if you can start a consult. So, ease do so if you need further assistance. Thank you :)
