Rejunex cd3 side effects

Post covid I startd getting tingling and burning sensation in different parts but mostly legs.
Its been 2 months.
Dr has prescribed me rejunex cd3
I did complete blood test all reports are normal including calcium, b12, hba1c, vit d,lipid,kidney,liver
Only concern is uric acid is borderline high 7.4 and spgtis 90 ans sgot is 54.
Is rejunex cd3 required for me and if yes will it have any impact on my liver enzymes and uric acid or any other effects
Please help
