Regular tonsils and ulcers in the mouth
Facing tonsils (maybe burnt by smoking) and mouth ulcers since last 12 days. Had high bp of 175/86 and fever for 2-3 days while i went to himachal with friends.
Also feeling dizziness since few days mostly in the morning.
Please guide if this is something serious or not?

You might be suffering from acute pharyngo-tonsillitis which is a common type throat infection. Smoking might have aggravated the condition. You may need to take antibiotics and painkillers Along with antiseptic mouth gargle for few days
