Regular temp variations from 4 mnths
What causes temp 98.2 to 99.8 from it is showing like this from april earlier normal,in April thypoid o&h1:160 fever pattern same ,taken antiboitics for 14 days then widal reduced during that esr 31,crp 6 after taking doxt-xl esr 10 ,crp 6,smear mp neg,scrub thypus neg,thyroid normal,us abd normal,chest x-rayclear,blood culture neg,in junevisited 5 md gen doctors said. That no need to worry fever is taken as 100,again in July 10 went to other place then throat pain caused ,wbc9900,plat 1.92lks,esr30,crp12.6,taken doxt-xl for 3 days then wbc 10050,esr30,crp3,plat 2.1lks,what is the reason behind these fluctuations appetite is good ,pls tell what is reason for this don't keep answer as chat now or any other we know but asking for better reply from doctors,during the thypoid and after the thypoid the temp pattern is same will thypoid is present in gall bladder and that produce this temp fluctuations ,my temp fluctuate betwn 98.1-99.8 earlier blood culture negative,elaborate answer

If you really had typhoid, blood culture would have been most specific test than a single widal. Moreover doxycycline is not the drug of choice for typhoid. Your current state may be soupy.
Next Steps
Please undergo a proper work up. rule out other causes of chronic fever. You may require a long term antibiotic course.

Diurnal variation of body temperature is common and normal. A fever will be defined if temp is 100.4 degrees on single occassion or more than 99.8 degrees on two occassions four hours apart, measured under tongue.
