Regular Migraine since 3days.
Hello Doctor,
My wife has severe migraine pain from past 3day.
Earlier it's frequency was once in a month or sometimes fortnightly.
Now she has pain with regular vomit.
Could you please advise what medication should be given.
Presently we have given her Ondem and Matapar.

You can chose naproxon sod 500 mg with rabiprazole 20 mg ( provided she is not allergic to these drugs)
