Regular intake ofpregator and stalopam
Good afternoon doctor, My father in law passed away approx 8 yrs back and at that time my mother got diagnosed with depression, and thyroid. Since then she is taking pregator and stalopam plus daily at night. Is it ok to take these medicines for such a long tym that too without consulting once with the dctr. Since past 3 yrs her daily routine has changed , takes her breakfast between 12-1 pm, then she lies down on her bed and start using mobile till her eyes gets filled with sleep. Then she wakes up at 6, take some little snacks with tea between 6:30 to 7. Then around 8 she goes to kitchen and makes sbji after that she is again on bed using her mobile n watching tv and takes her dinner by 10, 10:30 then her medicines and after that again on bed and uses mobile till 2:30 or 3 am. I asked her to please stop using mobile at night for one day she replied that if she does then different thoughts will come in her mind. Plz suggest me what to do.
