Regular headache
My husband has regular headaches from 2-3 months finally when checked with doctor got to know that bp is way to high 170/120 . He is under constant stress from last 4 years thinking about his job security in this fast changing world. He is overweight too weighing around 92kgs. Higher would be 5 feet 6 inch.
Today he had headache for whole day.. please suggest what can be done immediately to lower the bp.. I do understand he needs daily exercise and control on salt intake.. but what can be done. Today to reduce the headache.. is it ok to send him to exercise tomorrow morning or should he take rest

Apart from the fact that he needs daily exercise, lower salt intake, meditation, yoga etc. Have you considered the fact that he needs to be on antihypertensive medication?
If not, then you should. High blood pressure is the cause for heart attack and stroke in maximum number of cases.
