Headache since 2 months

Asked for Female, 57 Years

I have headache since 2 months. Pain resist me to sleep. Pain in the nerves of gums under teeth and also have in the two sides of nose, when I sleep my skull started to pain. I also did mri but doctor said there is everything ok. Two months ego in the evening my nerves under the skull, I felt as teared after that pain started. Doctor said it's migraine pain , they prescribed me napra D 500 mg and eliwel 10 mg. Which didn't reduce my pain. Please advice me what to do? Please advice
