  4. Regular Cough. And how to get rid of it?

My friend has got weird problem with Cough, he got this from a long time where it is neither continuous nor contagious, it is at times a dry cough & at times it's not, he doesn't cough for long time but if he gets it he will cough up for 15 minutes or so continuously... what could be the reason and how to get rid of it?
