Regular abnormal bowel movements

For past couple of months, around five, I've noticed that my bowel movements have been kind of irregular. First, I noticed I was constipated for a while and my stomach hurt whenever I needed to use the bathroom. It went away for a while, and my bowel movements were regular, but now I have diarrhea every couple of days after I eat. First my stomach hurts badly, then I need to go to the bathroom around half an hour after eating. This isn't with every meal but with some.
