My Little one was crying for past 1 hour. Tried rocking , feeding but she did not stop. ended up giving her prescribed qty of colimex drops after which within 15 mins after rocking she slept off. wondering was she actually colic or extremely sleepy. are there any side effect if drops given even if baby not colic ?

Better give only when colicky pain is there. Actually babies cry out of severe gas
