Regarding vaginal infection

Asked for Female, 18 Years

Hi One of my friend usually takes urispas tablets and alkasol syrup and when asked what happened..she says it's slight irritation only. What I am worried about is if she's taking the medicines under prescription or over the counter. She has also felt like vomitting and dizzy few days back. Could you share what problem she might actually be having? Could it be sonething serious or I should believe what she tells.

I think she is having some infection of either vaginal or urinary tract problem.Get done urine examination and culture sensitivity of urine. Consult to doctor she will prescribe some medicine.
