Regarding usg report
No Focal Lesion is seen. Endometrium thickness 6.5mm. Both ovaries show multiple (>10) peripheral follicles of varying sizes(2-8mm). No adnexal mass lesion seen. Polycystic changes in both ovaries.

Thiss ultrasound is suggestive of polycystic ovaries... it could be associated with irregular period ,chronic anovulation ,impaired blood sugar and other clinical features... you can consult with me directly online for management
