Can we give homeopathy medicine calcaria phos to 4.5 months baby for teething? Does it ease teething phase  in babies?

There is no need for any medicine for teething It is a natural growing up process which does not require any medication But, u should give vitamin d 400IU daily for first year of life as it is recommended for proper growth and development of babies
