Regarding sexual abuse
Doctor, The question may seem weir, but just because I read a couple of related articles it boggles my head. It is a case of sexual abuse in childhood, I was about 8 years old girl and it was another girl of around who was 2 years else to me, who once made a vulva to vulva rubbing kind of act. That's all mostly, I don't remember much. But when I read articles of HIV or an STI related to child sexual abuse, I tend to connect things. I'm 23 years old now. Is there a chance I would have carried any infection or should I get tested. I don't have any other problems as such except I am little susceptible and low on immunity.

The so called abuse you had experienced  is not serious, a childish prank of no consequence. There are some things we have to forget and move on. Build up your self esteem and confidence. Good nutrition is vital, but what you need is a strong mind and a tough and no nonsense attitude. Forget the past and forge ahead in life.
