Regarding Sanitizer
Now a days, we are using hand santizer frequently to avoid coronavirus but hand sanitizer has various side effects as well. How much hand sanitizer can we use in a day. I am using 30 ml in a day. Is it ok or should i use less than that.

Sanitizer should be taken in appropriate amount on palm or external part of body. It should be spread and rubbed gently until dry.

Use sanitizer when you outdoor. If inside home washing hand with handwash will be ok
