If someone has psvt episode occasionally in few months and they are taking propanol 10 mg daily for 6-7 month for prevention of psvt episode is it safe for them and if they are using this betablocker usse first degree heart block toh nahi hoga or if psvt patient using propanal 10 mg or 20 mg is it safe for them

Propranolol will not cause 1st degree Av block in everyone. PR interval on ecg needs to be seen. Do not self medicate.
