Regarding progynova 2mg
I am undergoing IVF treatment and eggs pickup done and now planning Embryo transfer.prescribed Progynova for 12 days before ET. but on 18th day i got spotting and mild bleeding. So my Dr. told me to stop the tablets. After stopping the tablets i got my periods on 4th april. on 3rd day of my periods 6th april again Dr. told me take Progynova 2 mg for next 10 days and 17th april planned for FET based on my endometrium thickness . my doubt is what is the reason for my break through periods and is it safe for me to take the progynova again? whether it has side effects such as spotting or mild bleeding.. kindly clarify me..i am afraid because of my break through periods.

No need to worry about breakthrough bleeding now.. Endometrial preparation is necessary and for that progynova used.. Just keep faith in your doctor and follow the advise... All the best
