Regarding problem in conceiving
My wife aged 28 is unable to conceive despite everything and every report being normal...we also tried iui twice and it was well monitored but still it was not successful.My sperm counts are perfect and we both are medically normal.
Then what can be the possibil we reason...it's been three years now...
Should we try for ivf or again try normally.
My age is 34

Try for IUI 1-2 cycles more. Then go for IVF cycles(as age is advancing)
