Regarding pregnancy plan
Hi mam this is Maheshwari. I have two months old baby and for me it's normal delivery And I am breast feeding the baby. we had a sexual intercourse. I don't want the baby as of now because it's too immediate for next baby and we didn't used any protection and this is second time we are having with out protection.I am scared that I will get pregnant again please suggest me what to do.. If any birth control pills are there please recommend me.we are married one and half years before we both are software professionals. Thanks

Don't worry at present, as you have lactational amenorrhea which gives you protection against pregnancy...

Actually after birth if on exclusive breast feeding provides contraception for 3 to 6 months but can't relay on 100% guarantee.So use barrier methods(condoms) if short postponement of pregnancy or IUCD will be fixed by gynecologist .

Hi, Breast feeding itself protects and is a natural contraceptive method but not 100 %. You go for copper-t .
