Regarding pregnancy
My wife under lap myomectomy 17 fibroids removed at Apollo Chennai and she conceive on Jan 2022 but after 18 weeks due to again growth of fibroids she suffered miscarriage due to premature rupture of membrane. Fibroids keep coming back. Again doctor done open myomectomy. Plz suggest ways to reduce fibroids and conceive without any prroblems

Surgery is the only way to remove fibroids . Better progesterone support may help to prevent miscarriage
