Regarding pregnancy

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I got two bhcg after missed period at an interval of 2 days both reading 0.5miu/ml and2 days after these tests i got bleeding lasted for 3 days i gone to docter after bleed nd shown bhcg report and said i got irregular period and she said get an lower abdomen ultrasound and i gone diagnosis centre and get usg done. Can this usg also tell i m pregnant or not . I did not told sonographer to check for pregnancy i only told do usg for irregular period. Kindly give answer
