My wife has not yet got her periods,so we thought that it might could be due to pregnancy but after doing pregnancy tests at home its negative so should we do otger tests also to ensure that she is not pregnant or this test is enough

You do not need to repeat the test for another two weeks if the current one is negative and she doesn't get her period. Sometimes conception is a little late and it takes time for the test to come positive. If she gets her period as normal no worry. However if the period is very light or unusual you need to repeat the test and if it is positive to see your gynaecologist.
