Regarding pimples at Back and armpits

Hello I have the pimples at back and its gone black. It occurs after 3-4 days again at other places. Now it has started under armpits and stomach. Pls. Suggest some good and fast relief ointment to remove this blackish and pimples. What food to avoid??? Kindly help. Its sometimes v painful also
