Regarding penis buldge problem
Sir i have big penis about 5.3 inch long and also big scrotum that is shaggy all the time. And my penis in flaccid is 4.5 inch long. When i wear pant, there is big buldge on the penis area. People think that my penis is erected but actually it stays in flaccid state. I am feeling uncomfortable in front of others. People stares my buldge area. It causes me depressed. Please help me.
