Regarding patch on buttock
Hi
My 3years kid got a patch on buttock past 15days ,only one patch .today I kept canestan 1% cream on that he feels itchy and burning sensation became reddish also within seconds.mostly it is in black color or flare-up in skin sometimes.actually what is that fungal infection or anything else.normally I don't feel any itching.u can see the photo
