Regarding office culture
Myself working in govt organization I m facing some issues - mainly when putting work as priority superior dnt even recognise..the way of treatment is like I m nothing..when talking about work rel ated dnt even respond..it like I m taking for granted .the way of treating poorly is hurting alot.we can't choose how thy treat us but it's hurting my self esteem.lowering my self confidence. Our self esteem should not be depend on external validation but the way of treatment is so poor.i dnt understand how to deal with such people who treat others very poor.pl guide
