Regarding my fat body and weird behavior
Ummm... I need to know how to loose my fat Do i need to do any course? I have hypothyroidism Hv many other problem may coz of it as i hv TSH >150 Couldn't sleep well Always thinking to kill or hurt myself I stopped these thoughts but somehow they came back. I am not in mood yet always laugh... I do not get angry but cries alone I got tired easily I don't wanna do any hard exercise but really want to loose my weight. I eat thyronorm 100mg from 3-4 yrs Still mg TSH T3 and T4 nvr gets better. Do let me know what i need to do?

Hi You are showing signs of depression better talk to a psychiatrist and attend few counseling sessions. Suicidal thoughts are to be addressed during the initial stages itself. Fill yourself with confidence and positive energy. Remember that there is no easy way to lose weight especially when have thyroid issues so forget about shortcuts and easy ways. Get your lipid profile Liver function and complete blood profile tested. Also measuring BMR ,BMI,fat and water ratio content of the body gives an idea of what kind of food, activity suits you.
