Hi, Your reports and vitals are absolutely normal for your age. 19 yrs is a age where your bones and muscles are still developing. If you want a good stature then do not focus in building muscle mass now. Wait until you are 24 . I would suggest you do cardio and stretch exercise more. Include core muscle strengthening rather than pumping your muscle. Once you attain an age of 24 you can go for weight lifting training to gain muscle mass once you attain the maximum growth for your body. Please do not get driven by six packs and biceps at this age. You motive should be healthy body not a weight lifters body. Because in that process you will retard your skeletal growth and you might injure your muscles.
