Regarding my 5 month daughter weight
Good evening sir/mam,
My daughter is completed 5 month on 26june and her weight is 5.5kg,when she is born her weight is 2.8kg,is her weight is ideal.
And can I start liquid diet.

Complementary food should not be delayed beyond 6 month .

Hello
Weight is towards lower side of normal range for age. Plz follow growth charts, as through it u can easily assess your child's overall growth, and accordingly take proper measures. Till 6 months breast feeding should be done. Along with that add Vit. D, Calcium, Iron supplements to your baby as well in ur diet too. After that need to add clear liquids in diet.
