Is Trigabantin 300 taken for Lacunar infarction in frontal lobe & why is Mirtaz tablet taken ? Should this tablets be taken before food or after food ?

Mirtaz is fr sleep. Trigabantin is for nerve related pain. These can be taken before or after food
