Regarding medicine
Doctor, I'm being treated for anxiety disorder since 12th October 2021. My doctor suggested me fludac 20 and nexito 10  with clonazepam 0.5 for 14 days and said for follow up. When I went to doctor, I come to know that he got his spine fractured & went to Delhi for the treatment of the same. Now, I cannot contact him for some days. I want your help in medication. Doctor said to discontinue clonazepam after 14 days. I discontinued it but carrying on Nexito 10 at night and fludac 20 at morning. I'm feeling much better than earlier. But in evening time I got some anxiety. Also I'm getting sleep disturbance at night after taking nexito 10. Please advise me dosage adjustment/ proper dose of medicines. Thank You

The moment your hearts start beating fast and you feel anxiety because of a stimuli, you need to activate your mind and talk, “I am getting anxious, there's no reason, just this activity or random event,” control yourself, talk yourself out, or immediately recall something good in your life to have a rush of positivity. I am sure something’s must be going good as well. Don't run away from the matter of anxiety, deeper understanding will help you embrace it and lose the hidden fear and insecurity. If it's someone's death, do a deep analysis: everyone dies, it's inevitable, how can I ruin my life for something so natural? Even I shall die one day, I will recall good memories of that person, no story is completed without an end, end must be respected. Keep your mind as busy as possible, with tasks, goals, positivity, and entertainment, practice switching your thoughts from negativity to anything eise. The moment a thought builds up, replace it with an activity like music, chat with someone, or an entertaining video. Acceptance: What happened was a part of my life, it makes me unique, it defines me, no matter how bad it was. It can't be changed no matter how much I ruin my life for it. I will use it to learn, to grow, to mature. That moment, that time is gone now, it's dead, it carries no relevance or limited relevance today, it's fear is just in my mind. Embrace it and it will stop hurting you. If it's clinical anxiety, too overwhelming, even a knock on door or a phone bell disturbs you, meet a psychiatrist, take medications for a while, and along with that practice every other point as well. Don't intentionally recall any topic or matter of anxiety now and then, don't fear it, but don't keep it in your heart all the time, avoid it, avoid those unnecessary conversations about it, let it move away, it's already going away with time, don't hold it back. Strengthen your life, through positive deeds, spirituality, religion, helping others, make yourself a stronger personality. Connect with deeper self, understand life, so much books and information is avaliable on the internet. Stop giving overimportance to everything or anything in life. No person, no dream, no degree, no incident, no failure, no circumstances are relevant and important than your life, you have this one life for yourself, value it. Anything good or bad is lower than you, not worth ruining your life for. Strengthen your self-esteem even if you have to add a pinch of ego to it. Generally, I advice people to focus on a moment, but for anxiety, people must get out of the trap of that overwhelming moment and see life beyond it. What else is there in life. Most importantly, realise that you have a problem and believe that it shall be cured, and you are capable enough to handle it and cure it. Self-belief and willpower will certainly do magic.
